Arrival Cairo – Half Day Pyramids

Meet at Cairo Airport upon arrival by representative who will assist you through airport customs & formalities. You will be escorted immediately to your hotel by A/C modern fleet.

Check in the hotel upon arrival & free time to refresh.

Then we start exploring ancient Egypt with a visit to the famous Pyramids. The Great Pyramid of Cheops which was built by manual labor, is the largest of the three main Pyramids and is the only survivor of the Seven Great Wonders of the Ancient World, the Pyramid of Chephren, which is the best preserved, and the Pyramid of Mycerinus. Nearby see the Sphinx, a marvelous sight carved out of a natural rocky outcrop, the lion's body stretching 45m, with its paws 15m long. We will visit the Papyrus Institute and learn how paper was made in ancient times followed by shopping in the Papyrus Museum, Perfume factory and Jewelry shop. Drive back to the hotel and have afternoon free at leisure.

Day 2: Sunday

Full day Egyptian museum, Citadel & Bazaars    (B)

Breakfast in the hotel free morning at leisure.

Check out from the hotel and start a guided tour to visit the Egyptian Museum which was established by the Egyptian government in 1835.  The present museum building was built in 1900, in the new classical style by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon.  The museum exhibited collections now exceed 120,000 objects ranges from pre-historic era to the Greco Roman period. It has 107 halls, and the ground floor houses huge statues.  The upper floor houses small statues, jewels, Tutankhamen treasures and the mummies.  The museum also comprises of a photography section and large library. A hall for the Royal Mummies was opened at the museum, housing eleven kings and queens.

After the visit of the museum, proceed to the citadel which constructed in 1183 A.D. by Salah El Din, the Citadel is one of Cairo’s most popular tourist destinations and recognizable landmarks. You’ll visit the different parts of the medieval Citadel including the stunning Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali, the highlight of the tour. A short drive through the downtown will take you to Khan El Khalili bazaars; which is one of the most famous worldwide with its amazing narrow alleyways. Drive back to the hotel & overnight at the hotel in Cairo

Day 3: Monday

Cairo – Sharm El Sheikh (B)

Breakfast in the hotel, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Sharm El Sheikh Meet & assist upon arrival at Sharm Airport & transfer to the Hotel

Check in upon arrival and the rest of your day is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Sharm.

Day 3 - 7

Free at leisure in Sharm El Sheikh (B)

Free for Leisure in Sharm El Sheikh or possibility to book an optional trip, overnight in Sharm

Day 7: Friday

Final departure (B)

Breakfast in the hotel, check out and transfer to Sharm El Sheikh Airport for your final departure
